This Zara pencil skirt is naturally the mature version of the checked, pleated school-girl skirts reminiscent of those worn by Cher and Dionne in Clueless.  I love how these two sophisticated bloggers matched graphic sweatshirts with tartan, falling right in line with the latest resurrected 90's fad where grunge meets glam.  It's also Bad Teacher in a statement sweatshirt, but both looks are unique enough to consider who wore it best?
